Refunds & Returns

All refunds must be requested within 3 days of your purchase. You will be required to return the remaining product in its original condition, less one unit (serving) in order to be considered for a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received, we will send you an email notification and indicate the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within ten days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your credit card company, since it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. We also suggest contacting your bank to verify a pending refund and the anticipated posting date.
